Sales/Customer Service Agent

As a Sales Agent, you will answer incoming phone calls to clients who have expressed a keen interest in one of our products, therefore there is no cold calling involved. You will be responsible for processing applications over the telephone and promoting additional products and services to maximise the potential revenue.

Within Customer Service, you will be dealing with inbound customer queries. The main aim is to offer first-call resolution to current and potential customers. In both cases we are looking for people who can offer sales through good service.

We offer flexible working hours to suit most circumstances and recognise commitments, such as the school run, shared child care arrangements, further education and social activities.

We would be delighted to hear from anyone that wishes to work from 12 to 40 hours a week. We pride ourselves in our customer service and offer full training and support, in a fun and friendly environment.
